    Sling - Beginner

    Learn to fly in this class designed for beginners. Beginner Sling covers the basics of aerial sling and incorporates aerial yoga and fitness. This class will help you navigate our other aerial yoga and fitness classes with ease, awareness, and safety.

    Are you new to aerial? This class is the best place to start!

    Potential Benefits: improve mood and spinal health by going upside down and have an all-around good time!

    Sling - Aerial Yoga for All Levels

    Relaxing and soothing, this practice is great for simmering down the nervous system. Alignment and breath are the primary focuses here. This class is open to all levels.

    Potential Benefits: build aerial hammock skills further, improve mobility, and enjoy the anti-aging benefits of going upside-down!

    Sling - Tricks and Training

    This total body workout uses the sling to strengthen muscles while practicing fundamental aerial skills.

    Prerequisite: this intermediate class is excellent for fly freaks who have attended at least 3-5 beginner classes. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: endorphin highs, total body strengthening, and more confidence in the air.

    Sling - Intermediate Tricks

    Learn new tricks and level up your skills in this flight-based class designed for beginner and intermediate students! This class is ideal to help you navigate our intermediate level and eventually advanced aerial sling classes with ease, awareness, and safety.

    Prerequisite: please attend at least 5-8 sling classes before trying this class. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: improve your aerial hammock skills safely and enjoy an all-around good time.

    Let's flow in this dance class designed for intermediate students! Learn fun, smooth sequences and move to music.

    Prerequisite: please attend at least 5-8 sling classes before trying this class. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Sling - Advanced Dance

    Let's get freaky in this advanced aerial sling class. Learn fun pieces of choreography in flight and sometimes also on land!

    Prerequisite: New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Lyra - Beginner

    This beginner class covers basic knowledge of lyra, also known as aerial hoop or ring. Each class we'll work on foundational skills and new poses.

    Potential Benefits: build strength, flexibility, and learn a new apparatus!

  • Lyra - Beginner Dance

    Start to flow on the aerial hoop! Each class we’ll focus on flooreo (aka standard dance choreography) paired with 2-3 beginner-level lyra tricks. This class is open to new lyra students.

    Potential Benefits: build confidence on the aerial hoop.

    Lyra - Tricks and Training

    Further explore the lyra, also known as aerial hoop, in this interclass designed for intermediate students. Each class we'll build on skills and learn new poses and tricks.

    Lyra - Intermediate Dance

    Learn to flow on the aerial hoop! Each class we’ll piece together poses and tricks to create a short lyra sequence. There will be plenty of options for your skill level.

    Prerequisite: please attend 5 or more lyra classes prior to trying this class. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: build strength and expand your knowledge lyra skills toolbox.

    Lyra - Advanced

    Level up in this class designed for advanced students who have a solid foundation in lyra! We will focus in on skills that require shoulder and grip strength, core control, and some experience with basic dynamic movements.

    Prerequisite: please attend at least 3-5 beginner classes and 3-5 intermediate classes or have lyra teacher approval. Students must be able to hang from one hand, be mostly able to hang from one knee, and feel comfortable getting in the hoop when hanging from the top bar with arms extended. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: further your strength gains, learn more about dynamic movements and transitions on lyra, and have fun pushing your limits!

    Silks - Beginner

    This beginner class covers basic knowledge of split panel silks. Learn to climb, work towards essential skills like inverts and hip keys, and add 2-3 moves or poses to your arsenal each week.

    Are you new to aerial? We recommend trying Sling - Beginner or Lyra - Beginner first for the best experience!

    This total body workout uses split-panel silks to strengthen muscles while practicing fundamental aerial skills.

    Prerequisite: this intermediate class is excellent for fly freaks who have attended at least 3-5 beginner silks classes. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: total body strengthening, increased endurance, and more confidence in the air.

    Expand your knowledge of aerial silks and grow Expand your knowledge of aerial silks and grow your toolbox! Work towards more complicated tricks and climbs each week.

    Prerequisite: this intermediate class is excellent for fly freaks who are comfortable inverting. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: lots of upper body strengthening and total body stretching. Hecka fun.

    Silks - Intermediate Dance

    Learn to flow on aerial silks! Each class we’ll piece together poses and tricks to create a short silks sequence. There will be plenty of options for each skill level.

    Prerequisite: please attend at least 5 or more silks classes prior to trying this class. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: build strength and expand your knowledge of silks wraps and theory.

    Silks - Advanced

    Level up your silks skills in this class designed for advanced students. Work towards more complicated tricks and climbs each week.

    Prerequisite: this advanced class is excellent for fly freaks who are comfortable inverting in the air. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: build grip strength and and increase your strength and stamina in the air!

    Straddle Up

    Build muscle and learn techniques to improve your straddle up! This class focuses on strengthening the muscles needed for inverting – core, legs, back, and arms.

    Prerequisite: this intermediate class is excellent for fly freaks who have attended at least 3-5 beginner classes. New-to-us students need to attend at least one beginner level class with us before booking this class.

    Potential Benefits: increase core strength, mobility, and catch a really nice glow!

    Open Gym

    Practice and rehearse on sling, silks, or lyra during this 60-minute timeslot! Open Gym is designed for intermediate and advanced-level students looking to work on the skills they learned in class. There will be no instruction from the supervising instructor during Open Gym.

    Because we strive to keep our students safe, we do not allow students to work through new skills or tricks found online during this time.

    Looking for more support or instruction? Check out our regular drop-in classes or private lessons instead.

    Prerequisite: All students must attend at least one beginner level class before registering for Open Gym. NEW STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
