Join Coaches Seebie and Clara for a mixed-apparatus adventure where each student will explore ways to take up space on the hoops, sling, and/or silks. You will find ways different static (shapes) and movement (transitions) possibilities in the air and on the ground to find your unique flourish and flow. Students will leave with a short piece of simple choreography designed by You that is unique to your movement style and body. You will also learn tools to turn your own twist on any sequence or trick. This will be an excellent resource for aerialists or ground-based artists of ANY LEVEL AND ANY APPARATUS.

If you have been hanging out in intermediate sling for a while, now is your time to level up! This 3-week series will focus on the bigger intermediate sling tricks like Georgia twist, Hayley's comet, shoot from the hip, kickstand, and corset. We will work on nailing some of the more difficult tricks and explore different ways out of common wraps so you feel confident going into more advanced explorations.

This advanced-level workshop takes the basic drops that you already know to the next level. We will focus on form and mechanics to safely control your body through double and triple wraps and experiment with stacking drops together to make them even more exciting!

Want to learn how to balance on a chair while looking like your most confident and fabulous self? This workshop will provide 30 minutes to learn poses using a chair as your apparatus or prop. Whether you want to look sexy, strong, awe-inspiring, or all of the above, Coach Christy will help you find your style and poses you love. Finish the workshop with a professional noir-style photoshoot with photographer Clockwork Steve. Keep the photos for yourself or share them with the world - it is up to you.

In this workshop, you will learn various ways to get into an s wrap, conditioning exercises to improve body alignment in your wheeldown, and how to master the exit (without ending tangled in the silks on the mat).

Please join us for an evening of deep refreshment and relaxation from the inside out. Practice stretching, breathing, and strengthening while a sound bath of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and hand pan gently envelopes the room in its reverberation.

Get more flexible while practicing cool poses for a photoshoot with projections! In this special 3-week long class + shoot, Coach Clara will guide your through flexibility techniques to achieve picture-perfect poses that you choose with help from your coach. The following week (July 22) will be a photoshoot with photographer Clockwork Steve!

This intermediate silks workshop will cover foundational drop pathways on split-panel silks. We will drop forward, backward, sideways, and straight down. Learn how to hold your body shape in each drop to keep yourself safe and how to control your speed to go faster or slower. More experienced students will have opportunities to stack multiple drops within one wrap, while newer students focus on the basics of each drop.

On June 22nd, Fly Freak will be the place to be! Come check out and take home breathtaking images beautifully formatted to fit on your wall. This gallery will feature five years of collaboration between rockstar photographer Clockwork Steve and Fly Freak! Live aerialists will perform throughout the evening. There will also be a raffle!
