    Chair Dance

    Hip rolls and body waves and tracing, oh my! Practice smoothing out your moves in this fun, sexy dance class based on and around a chair. Suitable for all levels with feel good moves for every body!

    Knee pads and foot coverings are recommended but not required.

    Dance Choreo

    Engage your body in movement in this land-based dance class! Learn new choreography each week to a song selected by the instructor. Dance styles will vary from week to week. This class is suitable for all bodies and skill levels.

    Flexercise: Stretching and Exercise

    Focus on a different trick, pose, or combination each week using active stretching techniques to deepen your flexibility. Get a workout in and have fun doing it! This class is suitable for all levels.

    Stretch and strengthen your muscles in a safe, sustainable, and effective way! We'll focus on building core strength and stabilizing muscles while also working arms and legs. This class is suitable for all levels.

    Restorative Yoga

    Gentle, slow, stretchy yoga poses to open up and practice breathing. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • Restorative "Yoga" + Roll

    Gentle, slow, stretchy yoga poses to open up and practice breathing. This class is suitable for all levels. We will spend time utilizing a foam roller, as well.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Practice more flow! This flowing yoga class will strengthen and stretch the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • Beginner Contemporary Dance

    Move your body through feel-good contemporary phrases that get the heart rate up. Expect floorwork, transitions, and connection with others in the room.

  • Chair Skills: Balance, Splays, Tumbles & Inverts

    Learn chair tricks and work your core here! Expect to condition your core and learn skill such as: breakdancer (forward and back), Chair Candlestick, Hip Hangs, Side Chair Rolls, Side Chair Splays, and more.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga uses long-held passive poses (3-10 minutes) to target deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments. Rooted in classical Hatha traditions, it encourages stillness and deep release.

  • Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

    Build strength, gain flexibility, and nurture your inner elegance. This beginning/intermediate adult ballet class prioritizes movement, structure, body placement, and elegance. All skill levels and bodies welcome.

  • Acro & Handstands

    Learn to balance! On your hands or on your friends. The options are endless! Condition to build up to the tough stuff. All bodies and skill levels welcome.
