A Musician's Guide to Choreography

Whether you’re a new or seasoned performer, it’s always a good idea to learn new writing techniques. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to outline a song and tips on how to conquer that blank page through the lens/ear of a musician, making your choreography have depth, direction, and musicality.

Led by Guest Artist, Megan Loreen!

Megan Loreen is an any-and-all apparatus professional aerial performer and instructor residing in Iowa. She holds multiple regional and national titles in lyra, sling, trapeze, and chains, and has performed those as well pole, lyra-pole, cube, acro prop, silks, and fan dance around the country. She is an ambassador for Dew Point Products and Rogue Bodyworks, and a USA Lyra Legend for Miss Lyra Australia. Megan enjoys assisting others in their journey and watching them learn skills in a fraction of the time it took her.
