This chair dance class will focus on moves using the chair as an apparatus and not merely a prop, and will include moves with modifications or conditioning for larger bodied individuals. All levels are welcome - no prior dance or chair experience needed. At the end of the session, we will create a short routine using the chair moves learned.

What to Wear: Wear clothing to move and dance in, but please make sure knees are covered. Being barefoot will be easiest for what we are doing, but if you need support, we recommend shoes with flexible soles.
