Arm balances, such as crow pose or flying pigeon, can be an energizing way to increase strength and stability. For some, they are also just plain fun.
This workshop is designed to safely and effectively explore arm balances. It will teach you ways to modify or advance the posture in a way that works for your body.
All levels welcome - no experience needed!
