Join Coach Clara for 4 weeks of personalized strength and flexibility training! In this small group setting, each student will get to set personal goals and receive an individualized training program to help meet them. Goals can be focused on gaining strength or increasing flexibility for specific tricks/skills or improved mobility and stability for everyday activities and overall fitness/health. This session is inspired by the Flexercise: Stretching and Exercise drop-in class format. We’ll dive deeper into similar strength and flexibility work with moves tailored to each individual.
Clara holds a master’s in human movement science and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a corrective exercise specialist. They are currently in the process of getting certified as a personal trainer. Clara has trained on silks, sling, rope, and static trapeze since 2017 and teaches a variety of classes at Fly Freak, including flexibility.
